We realise, however, that sometimes things can go wrong. If they do, we have a complaints procedure which is outlined below.
We always try to resolve your complaint as soon as we receive it. You will however get an acknowledgement and be offered a course of action within 28 days for all complaints.
If you are happy with our response and you agree for us to carry out such remedial works, this action will take place within 8 weeks from the date that you agree.
